About the company
The Czech company originated in 1984 while an originally associated entity developed into an independent company. It has become familiar with the heating and gas industry over the years as regards the chemical cleaning of energy facilities focusing on water and heating systems.
In 2009, the final changes took place in the organization and the current name was changed to DK CHEMO Ltd.
The company applies an integrated management approach to ISO 9001:2008 (quality management system) and ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management system), which have officially certified company procedures and skills for which it is requested by its customers in the Czech Republic and abroad:
- 30 years of experience in the field.
- The optimum combination of active agents in the cleaning compositions ensuring the complete removal of silt is part of the longstanding "know-how" of the company. Chemical products are fully respectful towards the construction materials of the purified systems and towards the environment.
- Using the CIP method (cleaning-in-place). With the help of mobile devices time delays with downtime are minimized and it can also often work well with full operation of the system without having to disconnect (heating system).
- Adequate technical facilities for cleaning systems on a smaller scale (small reservoirs of warm water, water heaters, etc.) as well as for extensive activities (heating systems and cooling systems).
- Continuous investment in new technological resources in order to optimize the cleaning process and diagnostic systems.
- Own car fleet.
- Processing expertise for a specific contract. It includes specifications of the problematic, including a description of methods and procedures used in the evaluation of the project in terms of reliability, durability and in particular, energy savings. Energy audits are elaborated in accordance with the wording of Act 406/2000 Coll. (§ 9) and regulation 213/2001 Coll.
- Cooperation with leading Czech research institutes and higher education institutions in the field of water analysis, chemical and structural materials analysis.
